Go to Network System Preference Pane and create a location which has no ports open (go to Network Port Configuration in the 'Show' popup and unselect all ports.The problem arises when I want to export the slideshow to iDVD to create a DVD disc to show friends on our TV.
Multiplexing error in idvd software#
Creating the slideshows themselves are no problem as the software is very easy to use and flexible. Then I decided to go back to my original iDVD file and add some audio to the menu section by going to the Media tab and dragging and dropping a song from my iTunes library. I have recently started using an excellent piece of software (FotoMagico v.5) to create slide shows. If you have had failures already, close iDVD and trash the preference file in Home>library>Preferences I successfully burned a DVD (iDVD 7) complete with titles and chapters of home movies transferred from analog into iMovie 6.0.4.The latest comes from Chris Ogle, who says the following process has resulted in no subsequent burn failures: There has since been a multitude of discussion on the issue, with various suggested workarounds.
